Tarun and Shivani’s wedding was such a joy to shoot. The color palette, the weather, the location, the food, everything was nothing less than absolutely perfect! Shivani wore a show-stopping, cream with gold trim traditional ensemble with a powder pink veil which went beautifully with the pink and white flower arrangements. The bridesmaids were draped in magenta silk with gold trim which really brought out the spring/summer vibes of the ceremony.
Tarun looked stunning in head to toe gold, with cream and rose gold accents helping to bring out the pink in Shivani’s look which you can see in their Meritage Resort & Spa Wedding Photos. This location was such a dream at this time of year. So lush and blooming with color and lovely scents. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day for an outdoor ceremony. The guests were all offered pretty parasols to protect them from the sun.
The ceremony was gorgeous and rich with emotion and tradition. The h’ordeuvres at cocktail hour was to die for, and the reception set up was so beautifully designed. Also, the stage was draped in powdery pink fabrics and shelves of lanterns and foliage which looked so darling as a backdrop for the couple after they changed into their reception attire.
Shavani wore a blush, two piece dress with gold beaded embroidery and Tarun wore a dashing traditional black tux! so dapper! They were glowing as they hosted their family and friends. It was such an incredible party, with drinking, scrumptious food and lots and lots of dancing. It was such an immense joy to have been able to capture this event and witness this loving day! such a fun journey.
