DO WE HAVE TO HAVE OUR WEDDING DATE BOOKED AT SAN FRANCISCO CITY HALL BEFORE WE BOOK YOU?
For all rotunda weddings, San Francisco City Hall restricts the guests count to 6 people. For civil ceremonies over 6 guests, you will be placed in their "Ceremony Room" near the County Clerk Office.
HOW MANY GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE ROTUNDA?
We will do our best to get a clear shot on the staircase if you'd like one, but keep in mind that City Hall is a busy place with lots of people taking photos - and getting married 🙂 so the staircase and other popular areas at City Hall are not always clear of people. That being said, we'll do our best to get the shots you're after!
CAN WE SHOOT ON THE STAIRCASE?
Friday afternoons are the busiest times so it is best to avoid that if possible. A general rule of thumb is to book earlier in the week and as early as possible in the morning slots if you want city hall more to yourself.
WHAT IS THE BEST DAY/TIME TO HAVE OUR WEDDING AT SAN FRANCISCO CITY HALL?
The 4th floor has the *most* amazing light in city hall!
WE ARE THINKING OF DOING A PRIVATE CEREMONY AT SAN FRANCISCO CITY HALL, DO YOU PREFER THE MAYOR'S BALCONY OR THE 4TH FLOOR?
