For all rotunda weddings, San Francisco City Hall restricts the guests count to 6 people. For civil ceremonies over 6 guests, you will be placed in their "Ceremony Room" near the County Clerk Office.

We will do our best to get a clear shot on the staircase if you'd like one, but keep in mind that City Hall is a busy place with lots of people taking photos - and getting married 🙂 so the staircase and other popular areas at City Hall are not always clear of people. That being said, we'll do our best to get the shots you're after!
