THE WEDDING DAY
Their love story started in San Francisco, so it only felt right to have a Westin St Francis wedding! When they saw the views from the Westin, they knew right away that they had to get married there. For the theme, Sarah and Ben wanted to bring fall elements in while keeping it romantic and also playing up the colors of the venue itself! The pair hired a rabbi who also specialized in Chinese tea to honor both cultural elements. That amazing rabbi did a combined tea ceremony (to honor Sarah’s heritage) to allow the parents to bless the wedding and then shortly after, they signed the ketubah. The tea and ketubah ceremony was an intimate moment between the couple, their parents, and their wedding party. Shortly after that, they did the main ceremony with Jewish components with all of their guests!
