THE WEDDING DAY
What a gorgeous day for a Mohi Ranch Wedding. Mohi Ranch offers so many opportunities for portraits around the property. We made our way down to the trees for a quiet first look between Maitreyi & Sahil, before doing portraits around the bridge. The ceremony was colorful and full of love as the couple was surrounded by friends and family!
THE COUPLE
Sahil surprised her in the woods down in Scott’s valley in the Santa Cruz mountains. He booked an Airbnb and had it staged with decorations and had the photographer hidden in the trees. He brought Maitreyi there under a misdirect claiming it was her friend’s birthday and their coworker lent them their house for the weekend to celebrate. Full surprise, went off without a hitch and lucked out with weather. It was that atmospheric river weekend in February and they got a good few hours of luck where the ground was dry and it didn’t start raining until after the proposal and photo shoot.
