Bali Hai Wedding Photos

couples wedding ceremony at Bali hai restaurant in san Diego

THE WEDDING DAY
In true San Diego fashion, the weather was perfectly hot and perfectly perfect for a Bali Hai Wedding. Thankfully I found so many beautiful spots between Bali Hai and Humphrey’s Half Moon Inn to take Victoria & David. Victoria got ready amongst some of her closest ladies with the chillest of vibes. Their first look happened surrounded by California botanicals. Bali Hai itself has a very tropical vibe, so they leaned into that by asking their guests to wear “tropical cocktail” attire. They also encouraged our vendors to create an elevated tropical look, drawing inspiration from high-end resorts in Tulum and Hawaii. In terms of cultural traditions, in Mexican culture there are a lot of fun elements throughout the dancing that their guests really enjoyed, including “La Vibora de la Mar.”

THE COUPLE
Victoria & David love to experience new things and enjoy life to the fullest. As San Diego locals, they explore their city and all the best it has to offer, which includes trying desserts from countries they’ve never been to, touring a cultural art center, or checking out the newest drag show. The couple doesn’t take themselves too seriously and love any excuse to dress up and wear a costume. They love love dogs and take them on adventures often. They love to travel, but on the other end, never turn down a good self-care night.

THE TEAM
Thank you to the team that made it all happen and congrats Bridget & Courtney! It was a perfect Stonepine Estate Wedding.
